Partnership Executive Director Monty Lobb Testifies in Support of the Ohio Property Protection Act  

Christian Business Partnership Executive Director Monty Lobb will testify this afternoon—Tuesday, May 27, at 2:00 pm—during the Senate General Government Committee in support of Senate Bill 88 (SB88), sponsored by Senator Terry Johnson (R-McDermott).

SB88, known as the Ohio Property Protection Act, would prohibit foreign adversaries, criminal organizations, and others deemed a threat to national security from owning land within 25 miles of critical infrastructure and military bases or airports.

If enacted, the bill would also require those already holding such property to sell it within two years and give local officials new responsibilities to enforce the law.
